To all runners, walkers, and volunteers, thank you for making the 2011 Oklahoma Run to Defeat Diabetes bigger and better. With your help, we donated $60,000 towards prevention and detection programs across Oklahoma through the Harold Hamm Diabetes Center. We look forward to seeing you all out next year as we continue to make strides toward defeating diabetes in Oklahoma.

The Oklahoma Run to Defeat Diabetes is Saturday, September 17, 2011 at Gaylord Family-Oklahoma Memorial Stadium in Norman, Oklahoma. The Oklahoma Run to Defeat Diabetes is a USATF certified 5K course that winds through The University of Oklahoma's campus and finishes inside Owen Field at the goal line. All race activities are being hosted by Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity at OU.

The 1 Mile Family Fun Run will start at 8:30 AM and the 5K race will begin at 9:00 AM. Registration opens at 7:00 AM.

5K Registration before August 15th: $20
